Welcome! This one-time deposit is required for first-time live claim customers.

The deposit allows us to establish your customer account, collect your shipping information, and begin a paid basket for your live claims.

What your payment includes

• $20 deposit applied toward your first live claims

• $8.99 standard shipping collected at checkout

• The ability to combine eligible paid orders for up to one week

The $20 deposit is not an additional fee. It will be deducted from the balance of the items you claim during the live.

How live claiming works

1. Purchase this deposit using the same name you use when claiming during our live.

2. Claim available items according to the instructions provided by the host.

3. After the live, you will receive your claim total or payment instructions.

4. Pay the remaining balance by the stated deadline.

5. Your paid basket may remain open for up to one week so you can combine additional paid orders.

Claims are not considered secured until the required payment has been completed.

Combining paid orders

Paid merchandise orders may be combined for up to one week, beginning with the date of your first paid order.

When your combined paid merchandise subtotal reaches $100, your basket qualifies for free standard shipping. Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward the $100 threshold.

If your eligible paid orders reach $100 during the combining window, the original standard shipping charge will be refunded before your basket ships.

If the $100 threshold is not reached by the end of the combining window, your basket will ship using the standard shipping paid with this deposit.

Only fully paid orders may be combined. Unpaid claims do not count toward the free-shipping threshold.

• This deposit does not reserve a specific item unless you have claimed that item during an active MosesManor live.

• Claim availability is determined during the live and items may sell out.

• Personalized and custom items enter production only after the required payment is received.

• Combining orders delays shipment until the basket is closed.

• Orders cannot be added to a basket after it has been packed or shipped.
