These Terms of Service govern your use of the MosesManor website and your purchase of products offered by MosesManor, including products sold under Coconut Design Lab.

Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MosesManor and Coconut Design Lab. “You” and “your” refer to the website visitor, customer, or purchaser.

By visiting our website, placing an order, submitting a reservation or preorder, or participating in one of our live sales, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced within them.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your state or country to make a purchase from this website.

You may not use our products, website, photographs, designs, or services for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You may not attempt to interfere with the website’s operation, security, payment processing, or customer accounts.

A violation of these Terms may result in cancellation of an order, restriction from future purchases, or termination of access to our services.

2. Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting, and device settings.

Product photographs may include props, displays, beads, accessories, packaging, or other decorative items that are not included with the purchase. Only the items specifically identified in the product description are included.

Measurements and quantities may be approximate unless specifically stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to correct product descriptions, photographs, prices, quantities, availability, and other information if an error is discovered.

3. Handmade and 3D-Printed Products

Many MosesManor and Coconut Design Lab products are handmade, hand-assembled, curated, personalized, or 3D printed.

Minor differences in color, placement, texture, finish, pattern, layer lines, surface appearance, or dimensions may occur. These natural variations are part of the production process and are not automatically considered defects.

No two handmade or curated items are guaranteed to be exactly identical unless expressly stated in the product listing.

4. Product Safety

Some products contain small parts, beads, cords, charms, hardware, magnets, or other components that may present a choking, strangulation, pinching, or ingestion hazard.

Unless a listing specifically states otherwise, our products are decorative craft supplies, accessories, collectibles, or display items and are not toys.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for its intended use. Products containing small or detachable components should be kept away from babies, young children, pets, and individuals who may place objects in their mouths.

Adult supervision may be required. Any safety warning included in a product description or on product packaging is incorporated into these Terms.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website and may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when required.

Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods we currently accept. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, payment, contact, and shipping information.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

• Payment cannot be verified or completed;

• A product is unavailable;

• An incorrect price or description was displayed;

• We suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, resale abuse, or misuse of our services;

• A customer has unresolved unpaid purchases or repeated policy violations; or

• Fulfilling the order would violate a law, platform rule, intellectual-property right, or safety requirement.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the appropriate amount will be returned through the original payment method when reasonably possible.

6. Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee that an order has been accepted or can be fulfilled.

An order is subject to product availability, payment verification, address verification, production capacity, and our right to refuse or cancel an order under these Terms.

We may limit quantities purchased by one person, household, customer account, payment method, or shipping address.

7. Live-Sale Claims and Purchases

Items offered during live sales may be limited and are generally available on a first-claimed basis.

A comment, claim, screenshot, verbal acknowledgment, or other indication of interest does not guarantee availability until the item has been assigned to the customer and any required payment has been completed.

By claiming an item during a live sale, you are making a commitment to purchase it. Payment is due according to the deadline communicated during the live sale, on your invoice, or in the applicable live-sale rules.

Unpaid items may be released to another customer. Repeatedly claiming products without completing payment may result in restrictions from future live sales, reservations, preorders, or purchasing opportunities.

Live-sale purchases remain subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, and any additional rules clearly communicated for that particular sale.

8. Reservations and Preorders

A reservation is a commitment to purchase an item when it becomes available, even when no deposit is initially required.

Reservations may be limited to approved or established customers. Reserved products must be paid for by the deadline communicated when the item becomes available.

A preorder may require full payment or a deposit before the product is ordered or produced. Any remaining balance must be paid by the stated deadline.

Estimated arrival, production, and shipping dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Supplier delays, production problems, material shortages, customs delays, carrier disruptions, weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect these estimates.

Failure to pay a reservation, preorder balance, or invoice by its deadline may result in cancellation, forfeiture of a nonrefundable deposit when disclosed and legally permitted, release of the product, or restriction from future reservation opportunities.

Any special preorder or reservation terms shown on the product listing or communicated before purchase are incorporated into these Terms.

9. Personalized and Custom Products

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, words, colors, sizes, selections, and customization details before submitting an order.

We are not responsible for errors entered or approved by the customer, including spelling, capitalization, punctuation, measurements, color selections, or incorrect personalization instructions.

We may contact you if clarification is required. Delays in responding may delay production or result in cancellation if we cannot reasonably complete the order.

We reserve the right to refuse customization requests that are unlawful, unsafe, hateful, threatening, obscene, misleading, or that may infringe another person’s trademark, copyright, publicity, or other rights.

When submitting an image, name, logo, phrase, or design, you confirm that you have permission to use it and authorize us to reproduce it solely as reasonably necessary to fulfill your order.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery timelines are governed by our Shipping Policy and any turnaround time stated on the applicable product page.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Additional charges may apply when a package must be resent because of an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address.

Our Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Because many products are handmade, limited, personalized, curated, or produced specifically for an order, all sales are final except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customers must contact us within the stated reporting period and provide any requested photographs, packaging, shipping information, or other documentation.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Promotions and Discounts

Discounts, promotional codes, free-shipping offers, credits, and special pricing may be limited by date, product, collection, customer, order amount, or availability.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Discounts cannot be combined;

• Promotions cannot be applied retroactively;

• Discounts have no cash value;

• Free shipping applies only to qualifying shipping methods and destinations; and

• A promotion may be changed or discontinued before an order is placed.

We may cancel or correct a promotion that contains an error or is used in a fraudulent, unintended, or abusive manner.

13. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content—including photographs, product descriptions, graphics, branding, illustrations, logos, videos, product designs, tutorials, names, and written materials—belong to MosesManor, Coconut Design Lab, or their respective licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, scrape, download, imitate, or commercially exploit our protected content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the product’s design, artwork, photographs, branding, digital files, or intellectual-property rights.

Third-party names, characters, trademarks, and brands remain the property of their respective owners. Any appropriately identified third-party components or found objects are not represented as being manufactured, sponsored, or endorsed by MosesManor or Coconut Design Lab.

14. Customer Reviews and Submissions

When you voluntarily submit a product review, testimonial, comment, photograph, video, or other content for public posting, you confirm that the content is truthful, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

You remain responsible for your submission. We may remove content that is unlawful, threatening, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, unrelated, or otherwise inappropriate.

We will not publicly use private customization files or customer information merely because they were submitted to complete an order, except as allowed by our Privacy Policy or with appropriate permission.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, subscription providers, and other applications.

We do not control every third-party service and are not responsible for its independent content, availability, security, practices, or terms.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own policies and agreements.

16. Personal Information

The collection and use of personal information through the website are governed by our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your account information and password secure and for notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.

17. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website or its content to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;

• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;

• Transmit malicious code or interfere with website security;

• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm another person;

• Scrape, copy, or collect website or customer data without authorization;

• Circumvent purchase limits or account restrictions; or

• Make fraudulent claims, chargebacks, or payment disputes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MosesManor and Coconut Design Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the use of the website, delay or interruption of service, misuse of a product, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Customers remain responsible for following product instructions, warnings, age recommendations, and reasonable safety precautions.

20. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold MosesManor and Coconut Design Lab harmless from claims, damages, losses, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, misuse of a product, or unauthorized materials submitted for customization.

21. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that portion will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted or removed as necessary. The remaining Terms will continue in effect.

22. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

23. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreement through which we provide products or services will be governed by the applicable laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply and cannot legally be waived.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically by posting a revised version on this website.

Changes apply from the effective date shown on the updated Terms. The Terms in effect when an order was placed will generally govern that transaction unless a change is required by law.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, product descriptions, safety notices, and any sale-specific terms, form the agreement between you and MosesManor concerning your use of the website and your purchases.
